Current Casting Call:

(Please note, ages will be determined by relevance to the entire company.)

 

Regina Snowdeal- mother of an elementary aged son, EJ, who is trying to get her life back on track so she can bring her son home. She is a hard-working, compassionate person who has been dealt a difficult hand in life.

 

Morgan Cross- the father of EJ and Regina’s ex. As a journeyman, his work life is not stable and often takes him out of town. He has struggled with addiction to pain meds although he claims to be clean now. The balance of getting his kid back and managing the curve balls life throws at him is precarious.

 

Robie Herbert- foster mother of Regina and Morgan’s child. A little older, she is a friend and even a motherly figure to Regina. She fosters another child as well.

 

Margo DeSanctis- A child protective case worker, early in her career and already burning out. 

 

Tom Sullivan- a lawyer appointed to represent Regina. He has a “fatherly” air.

 

Jan Crockett- an early/mid-career lawyer appointed to represent Morgan who has seen it all and is losing patience with society.

 

Frankie Winters (Frankie)- Morgan’s girlfriend, waitress at the local chinese restaurant.

 

Clerk- (may double with Frankie). Works in the court

 

Judicial Marshal- (may double with Carl Randall) The marshal in the court handling EJ’s custody case.

 

Carl Randall-  Another resident at the shelter where Regina lives. 

 

Electrician- (may double with Judge) A co-worker of Morgan’s.

Tentative rehearsal schedule: 

2/9 on Zoom, 6pm-9pm for the table read

2/10, 2/23 & 2/24- At Mornings in Paris, Falmouth 6-10pm.
